We hope you will love your Billy in the Tree argan Oil and enjoy using it, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 14-day returns policy. In the unlikely event that your oil has been received faulty or damaged we will arrange with you to have the order returned & either a replacement item sent out free of charge or a full refund issued including any postage & packing costs incurred.

Shipping
Billy in the Tree is a Jersey, Channel Islands based company and all items will be dispatched from Jersey. We ship every day except Saturday and Sunday. All orders received before 1pm will be dispatch on the same day. Orders that we receive after 1pm will be posted out the next working day.
Orders under £50 in value are generally sent using Royal Mail. All orders over £50 will be sent via parcel force and will be tracked.
Please remember the parcel is being sent from Jersey. Although we post in the majority of cases on the day of purchase, the delivery is only as good as the postal service and we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. If the parcel has not been received within 5 days of receiving notification of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into the matter for you.
